في عمل حربي سافر وغير مبرر، انتهكت القوات الجوية الهندية، أثناء تواجدها في المجال الجوي الهندي، سيادة باكستان باستخدام أسلحة بعيدة المدى، مستهدفةً السكان المدنيين عبر الحدود الدولية، وخط السيطرة، وخط السيطرة. وقد أسفر هذا العمل العدواني الهندي عن استشهاد مدنيين، بينهم نساء وأطفال. ووفقًا للمتحدث باسم القوات المسلحة الباكستانية (المديرية العامة للعلاقات العامة بين الخدمات)، فقد استشهد ما لا يقل عن 26 باكستانيًا وجُرح 46 آخرون في الهجمات الصاروخية الهندية داخل باكستان على ستة مواقع. وكانت معظم الأهداف التي هاجمها سلاح الجو الهندي مساجد، وكان المستهدفون مصلين أبرياء. كما زارت وسائل إعلام محلية ودولية بعض هذه المواقع خلال اليومين السابقين للتحقق من وجود أي معسكر تدريب إرهابي أو غيره. وتبين عدم وجود أي معسكرات، بل سكان مدنيون فقط. وردًا على ذلك، أسقط سلاح الجو الباكستاني خمس طائرات تابعة لسلاح الجو الهندي، بما في ذلك ثلاث طائرات رافال، وطائرة ميج-21، وطائرة سو-30، وطائرة هندية بدون طيار من طراز هيرون. كما دُمِّر مقر لواء هندي ونقطة تفتيش على طول خط السيطرة. ولم يُسمح لأي طائرة هندية بدخول المجال الجوي الباكستاني في أي وقت، كما لم تدخل أي طائرة باكستانية المجال الجوي الهندي.
تُدين باكستان بشدة هذا العمل الجبان من جانب الهند، الذي يُعد انتهاكًا صارخًا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي والمعايير الراسخة للعلاقات بين الدول.
في أعقاب هجوم باهالغام، لجأت القيادة الهندية مجددًا إلى استخدام ذريعة الإرهاب لترويج روايتها الزائفة عن الضحية، مما يُعرِّض السلام والأمن الإقليميين للخطر. كما رفضت الهند عرض رئيس وزراء باكستان بإجراء أي تحقيق محايد في الحادث. وقد دفع هذا العمل المتهور من جانب الهند الدولتين النوويتين إلى شفا صراع كبير.
لا يزال الوضع في تطور مستمر. وتحتفظ باكستان بحق الرد المناسب في الوقت والمكان اللذين تختارهما، وفقًا للمادة 51 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وكما هو منصوص عليه في القانون الدولي.
تدعو باكستان المجتمع الدولي إلى إدراك خطورة أفعال الهند غير القانونية وغير المبررة، ومحاسبتها على انتهاكاتها الصارخة للأعراف الدولية. وتبقى باكستان ملتزمة بالسلام بكرامة وشرف، وتؤكد أنها لن تسمح أبدًا بأي انتهاك لسيادتها أو سلامة أراضيها، ولن تسمح بأي ضرر لشعبها الأبي.
In an unprovoked and blatant act of war, the Indian Air Force, while remaining within Indian airspace, has violated Pakistan’s sovereignty using standoff weapons, targeting civilian population across international border, Working Boundary and Line of Control. India’s act of aggression has resulted in martyrdom of civilians, including women and children. As per Pakistan Armed Forces spokesperson (DG Inter-Services Public Relations), at least 26 Pakistanis were martyred and 46 injured in the Indian missile attacks inside Pakistan at 6 locations. Most of the targets attacked by Indian Airforce were mosques and those targeted were innocent worshippers. Some of these locations were also visited by local and international media in preceding two days to ascertain if there is any terrorist training camp or otherwise. It was evident that there were no such camps but only civilian populations. In response, Pakistan Air Force brought down five Indian Air Force jets, including three Rafale, one MiG-21, one SU-30 aircraft, and an Indian Heron combat drone. An Indian brigade headquarters and check-post along the Line of Control were also destroyed. At no time, any of the Indian aircraft were allowed to enter into Pakistan’s airspace and also none of Pakistan’s aircraft went into Indian airspace.
Pakistan strongly condemns India’s cowardly action, which is a flagrant violation of the UN Charter, international law, and established norms of inter-state relations.
In the wake of Pahalgam attack, the Indian leadership has once again used the bogey of terrorism to advance its sham narrative of victimhood, jeopardizing regional peace and security. India also did not accept Prime Minister of Pakistan’s offer of engaging in any impartial investigation of the incident. India’s reckless action has brought the two nuclear-armed states closer to a major conflict.
The situation continues to evolve. Pakistan reserves the right to respond appropriately at a time and place of its choosing, in accordance with the Article-51 of the UN Charter, and as enshrined in international law.
Pakistan calls upon international community to recognize the gravity of India’s unprovoked illegal actions and hold it accountable for its blatant violations of international norms. Pakistan remains committed to peace with dignity and honour and reiterates that it shall never allow any violations of its sovereignty, territorial integrity or permit any harm to its proud
